About
Palm Beach Atlantic University’s new, state-of-the-art, 25-story residence hall has made steady progress and has already altered the skyline of downtown West Palm Beach and campus. Set to be completed in fall 2027, the residence hall will feature 11 student union spaces designed to foster collaboration, connection, and community. Students will also enjoy 28,000 square feet of dining space, including an outdoor plaza with seating for 150 and a variety of culinary options.
The facility will include 14,000 square feet of dedicated fitness space, featuring modern equipment, group fitness studios, and a golf simulator. An adjoining parking garage will provide eight and a half floors of parking for students, employees, and campus visitors.
